The nightly rate for major holidays is $225 and requires at least a 3-night minimum stay. Major holidays include:

•  Memorial Day

•  4th of July

•  Labor Day

•  Thanksgiving Day

•  Christmas Eve/Christmas Day

•  New Years Day
   

* Rates based on party of 4 guests. Add $10/nt. for each additional guest. (Maximum of 8 guests)    ** $60 cleaning fee will be added to stays of 3 nights or less.   *** All reservations subject to 13.75% TN sales and lodging tax. **** Rates subject to change without notice.

A $200 deposit is required to reserve your stay, with the balance due 30 days before your scheduled arrival date.
