The nightly rate for major holidays is $200 and requires at
least a
3-night minimum stay. Major holidays include:
* Maximum of 4 guests
** $60 cleaning fee will be added to all stays.
*** 13.75% TN sales and lodging tax will be added to total at time of
booking.

A $200 deposit is
required to reserve your stay, with the balance due 30 days before your
scheduled arrival date.
